Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a prime location for exploring all that the city has to offer. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the surprisingly reasonable price for the quality of service and rooms offered. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a great convenience for staying connected during my stay.
Although the location and service were great, the breakfast left something to be desired. The food wasn't always hot, and there was a lack of variety in the menu. Additionally, the restaurant staff could use more training in customer service. this hotel was adequate for my New Year's stay, but there is room for improvement in the breakfast and restaurant areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near major amenities and public transportation. The room was comfortable, and the customer service was good. We particularly enjoyed the dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was excellent and affordable.
The breakfast selection could be improved, as well as the toiletries provided in the room. some of the staff members were unresponsive and communication was difficult at times.
